You and/or the named customers understand and agree that all the charges are assessed from Bay GoPro Limousine. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by the credit card holder with either verbal or signed acceptance of this contract. Payment is due at the time customer is dropped off. If for any reason full payment is not paid when due, a late charge of two and one-half percent per month will be assessed. If this agreement is placed in the hands of an attorney and/or collection agency, the undersigned and/or credit card holder agrees to pay all attorney and/or collection fees. Bay GoPro Limousine is not responsible for items left in the vehicle at the time.

Bay GoPro Limousine reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another vehicle providing it is the same or larger size vehicle. All limousines are strictly nonsmoking. Bay GoPro Limo will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents, or any other unforeseeable act of God, and any lost time as a result of thereof will be made up at the end of the scheduled charter. All reservations require a 30% deposit of the total amount of the charter which is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. If a customer cancels a reservation within 72 hours of the date of the scheduled charter, except airport service where 4 hour cancellation policy exists, Above customer will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled charter. Any downsizing of service, vehicle size and/or hours, previously reserved, will not relieve customer from the responsibility of paying the full amount of the original scheduled charter. In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5348.1 & .3 consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers under 21 years of age is prohibited. 20% to 30% chauffeur fee, will be applied to all orders.


CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Scheduled reservations are assigned vehicles and routes which are coordinated with our drivers so we can run efficiently and accommodate all requests. We ask that you follow these guidelines so we can better serve you.

Airport Transfers:
Changes no later than 4 hours, and cancellations no later than 6 hours before scheduled pickup time. Charter/Hourly:
Changes no later than 48 hours, and cancellations no later than 72 hours before scheduled pickup time.


Waiting Time:

all are subject to $1 per minute after the grace period.
  - Departures after 10 minutes of grace from the original schedule pick up.
  - Domestic Arrivals after 30 min from landing.
  - International Arrival after 45 min from landing.


Cleanliness:

"By using the services, Client agrees to be charged for the actual cost of the services, as well as any fees for any injury or damage to GoPro's person or vehicle caused by passenger or its guests, including but not limited to, costs for unexpected cleaning or detailing and any other fees relating to the cost of repair."


Charging:

"Once you have taken a journey with GoPro, you will not be able to cancel (since the service has already been provided) and your payment is non-refundable." and/or

"Once you have made a reservation with GoPro, we dedicate resources and our time to ensure we are able to fulfill our obligation to provide services to you. All cancellations must be made via [EMAIL, PHONE, ] within twenty four (24) hours of the reservation time. If you fail to cancel a reservation within the specified time, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount due. By making a reservation with GoPro, you agree to be charged the fee as quoted to you."

Client (OR YOU) will refrain from doing anything which we reasonably believe to be disreputable or capable of damaging our reputation.

- Client will comply with all applicable laws.
- Client will register payment in full by one of GoPro's accepted means of payment for any services provided by any GoPro drivers connected to you through GoPro.
- Client will treat Go Pro agents/drivers with respect and will not cause damage to their vehicle or engage in any conduct that damages their vehicle.
- You will compensate and defend us fully against any claims or legal proceedings brought against us by any other person as a result of your breach of these Terms.


LIABILITY:

This agreement is a contractual arrangement of this company for the hire of limousine service. The customer and the customer's party are expected to conduct themselves in a manner so as to not cause injury to themselves, to third parties or damage to the hired limousine. In the event of any damage to limousine caused by the customer or any guest of the customer, in addition to the hourly rate for the limousine and chauffeur, there will be a minimum charge of $400.00 for the repair and/or general cleaning of the limousine. Decision as to the unusual use/wear of the vehicle interior and its environs, rests with the Company solely, and its experience as to general habitation of hired limousine, and its decision is final. The customer and/or contract holder is fully responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any damage to the vehicle by any member of their party. If at any time during the charter the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, abuse of any reason that the Company deems valid, no refund of money will be made. Bay GoPro Limousine reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate. Signature or verbal acceptance of the party hiring the vehicle constitutes full and complete agreement and understanding of this contractual agreements If any part of this agreement is deemed by a court to be unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions of this agreement shall be severed from the portion the court determined to be unenforceable and all remaining portions of the agreement shall then be enforced separately by the court.
